Hello, Thank you for your question. Everything seems ok from the photos. You should avoid hard touches to your grafts minimum 2 weeks. Please be careful and see your surgeon for your further worries.
If there is bleeding, then it is possible some grafts may have been dislodged, but not necessarily. It is very hard to know from the photo. I would recommend to return to your surgeon for an evaluation.
