I have painful hard lumps under my belly button. My ps has said its fat narcosis. Can anyone advise please? (photos)

See your surgeon.  Without an evaluation it is impossible to diagnose the problem.   Keep the area clean as thee body should heal this.

Unfortunately there is no definite answer to your question, but a lot of theories.  Scar healing is a product of your genetics, the surgical site, and the suture technique used by your surgeon.  All things being normal, you should heal with a fine scar in about six months....

Unless it is causing you acute pain that is intolerable, please be patient and wait to be examined by your PS as they know you best and what can be done moving forward.

Please discuss this with your PS as they know what was performed and can tell you regardless if it can be improved with tincture of time or other intervention and when that would be appropriate.

Thanks for the photo.  It looks like you are an excellent candidate for a tummy tuck if you are done with babies, are healthy and are a non-smoker.  A tummy tuck will improve your waistline and help flatten your tummy. 

I remove JP drains normally on day 7 after the abdominoplasty surgery. Less than 25 cc per drain per 24 hour period is highly recommended!
