I have painful hard lumps under my belly button. My ps has said its fat narcosis. Can anyone advise please? (photos)

The lumps you're experiencing could definitely be fat necrosis. Having said that it could also be scar tissue. You're plastic surgeon should be able to follow this and determine the best way to treat you. certainly, the hard lumps could be fat necrosis. that is not harmful to you, but can be irritating. they might go away with time, or you could have them injected with steroids periodically or have the hardness removed with surgery. certainly, you will need a 2nd and maybe a 3rd surgery to help obtain your desired final result. all of the improvement in a case like yours can not be done with one surgery.
