A doctor talked me into being able to give the illusion of slightly off my nose being more symmetrical and straighter and doing it during the consult. I regret it as it was part of my unique look and identity. I don't like it being perfectly straight on profile and adding volume made it look bigger and rounder which I hate. Could it be reversed filler dissolved or do I have to wait? And if it lasts 18mo then does that mean by 9 months it'll be half back to normal? Does it break down evenly?

Non Surgical Rhinoplasty is a procedure that I popularized 13 years ago and still perform on a daily basis. I see excellent results camouflaging small bumps such as the one that you have. All it takes is a small amount of filler above and below the bump and your nose will be straight on profile....
Unfortunately, there are no external devices or clips that will actually reshape your nose in the way you desire. Injectable fillers *may* be able to add a little bit of definition to the tip, but generally sharpening the tip will require surgery. All the best,--DCPPearson Facial Plastic Surgery®
