Have a weak chin and would like it horizontaly advanced. My chin falls short of my bottom lip by 17mm. A reasonably strong male chin extends to just short of the bottom lip so I would ideally have 15mm. Have been told an SG can achieve around 8mm of projection. I am not interested in less than 12mm. Can an SG achieve 12mm horizontal projection or more? Are 2 SGs possible? Are there alternatives? Will an SG improve the appearance of the rest of the jawline by pulling the skin tight? Thanks
