Enlarged penis veins making me depressed. Any suggestions?

I have suddenely got extremely large penis veins are there any medical procedures to remove them as I just cant stand to look at them. The worst one is the superfical dorsal vein on top. I have now stopped having sex because im too embarrassed.

These are usually cosmetic but can sometimes thrombose and can be quite painful. In cases such cases, they are treated with anti inflammatory medications.Cosmetic excision is possible via microphlebectomy if desired. Thrombosis can occur with trauma or spontaneously.Since it does not hurt and is asymptomatic, it can be removed and you can seek the advice from a vein specialist or a urologist.

I would not recommend any treatment of these veins for cosmetic reasons.  You should see a urologist for an evaluation.
