At 5 weeks, you have overall a nice result with mild asymmetry which may well improve over time.  If the symmetry does not fully correct, a minor revision could give you further improvement.  I would continue to follow up with your surgeon and be patient. I think your result with time will be excellent.

Thank you for your pictures. You have some mild asymmetry to your breast. You are  just over one month from your surgery. I would allow an additional two months minimum to pass before  judging your results. Continue to see your plastic surgeon as he or she directs.

As you have likely heard, it is much too early to evaluate the final outcome of the procedure performed. At this point, five weeks out of surgery, it seems that you are doing well and should have a very nice outcome with the procedure performed. I would suggest ongoing patience and close follow-up with your plastic surgeon. If in the longer term, you have concerns about significant areola or breast asymmetry, then relatively minor additional surgery will likely  be necessary to improve your outcome.
