What procedure is needed for creases, bump, and a "penis shape"? (Photo)

Question

I would like to get something done to make the creases around my nostrils not so prominent and to get rid of a small bump on my bridge. Face on I'm not as self concious( well I am I guess, but I don't know how to fix a nose that looks like a penis when you smile) about it, but I absolutely hate my profile. What procedure is done for what I want? I'm more worried about the creases than I am the bump.

It is very difficult if not impossible to get rid of the alar-facial creases. The dorsal hump is composed of both bone and cartilage and can be shaved down.  Osteotomies of the nasal bones are then required to narrow  them. The bulbous tip can be addressed with the conservative cartilage removal and possibly suture techniques applied to the lower lateral cartilages of the nasal tip. To prevent the tip from drooping when smiling, releasing the depressor septi ligament is required. All of this can be performed  with a closed rhinoplasty approach under brief general anesthetic as an outpatient surgical procedure

I believe that soft tissue fillers such as Juvederm would work well for the creases.  The bump is probably more of a surgical approach
