How do Vbeam and Cynosure Cynergy laser compare for treating rosacea?

I am being treated for what dr's have decided is rosacea. I get really hot painful flushing and am trying to find a way to mellow it out. It all started after a dose of prednisone last year. I hadn't had this before that medication. Anyway, I hear lots about Vbeam but my derm is using the cynergy cynosure laser. Are they essentially the same thing? I don't want to spend all this time and money on something that isn't as effective. Thank you!

While I personally prefer the Vbeam, your results will be more dependent on the experience of your physician than the specific device used. As long as your physician is board certified with expertise in treating rosacea symptoms, I would expect you to see very positive results.
