Thank you for your question and picture. EMSculpt can help reduce Diastasis Recti by 11% after a series of 4 treatments. From your picture it does appear than you have an umbilical hernia. Hernias in the area of treatment are a contraindication to EMSculpt. You will need your hernia repaired first. Make sure you see an experienced Surgeon. Best wishes.

Great question! Thanks for the photo since it does appear that there is an umbilical hernia present. Multiple studies have shown Emsculpt is great for helping diastasis recti but I would first recommend getting consultation with a general surgeon to see if the hernia should be fixed. Umbilical hernias can turn into serious medical problems if they are large and are left untreated so this should be your first concern.
