I'm considering having Necktite. But then I saw an Ellevate promotion by a reality show star. I am 50 years old but have the laxity of the average 40 year old.

Answer: Is the Ellevate/MyEllevate procedure worth it? Was considering Necktite Thank you for sharing your question Unfortunately without photographs or an in-person examination of your tissues it is impossible to recommend the best treatment option. In most cases suture suspension leads to temporary, and minimal, improvement. The techniques employing heat and scar tissue formation for tightening can lead to skin irregularities. Treatment should be customized to your specific appearance and goals. Hope this helps.

Answer: Considering NeckTite Hello NellieNervosa, Thank you for sharing your question and concerns. Ellevate is a suture based procedure. FaceTite/NeckTite utilizes radiofrequency energy to melt fat and induce collagen formation for skin tightening. It helps to sculpt the jawline and the neck, and is a great procedure for someone with early aging changes. I would recommend consulting with a facial plastic surgeon to determine what procedure is right for you. I hope this is helpful. All my best! Dr. Elizabeth

Answer: MyEllevate is an excellent, minimally invasive way to improve the jaw line Patients who are good candidates for the MyEllevate procedure get excellent results. You should consult with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who is in a well trained MyEllevate provider for a consultation; candidacy depends on your skin laxity/quality, amount of subcutaneous fat, and other soft tissue factors. The MyEllevate system is a way to suspend the soft tissues of the neck and jawline with no incisions. Often, the MyEllevate procedure is combined with some liposuction and some sort of energy, such as NeckTite, to compound the results. In my practice, I have also developed a hybrid version of the MyEllevate procedure for patients who have more skin laxity with incisions behind the ear, only. The downtime of this procedure is extremely minimal- most patients are back to full activity after one week! -Dr. Trovato

Answer: MyEllevate procedure worth it? you might be more selective about what you let influence you. The opinion of an influencer who gets compensation for recommending things isn't worth very much in my opinion. Both of these procedures basically remove fat. It has not been proved that any skin gets or remains elevated in either of them.
