I have just recently started getting alot of crepiness and wrinkles (when i smile) under the eye. i have undereye filler in that has helped with hollowness but didnt help with the crepiness or wrinkles when my face is smiling/active. would a chemical peel or PRP help this area?

Unfortunately with chemical peels there is a restriction with how close they can be to the eye area. PRP can be used with 1-3 sessions every 6-8 weeks for best results. PRP is then typically repeated annually. CO2 could also be used for your under-eyes to help with fine lines and crepiness.
