Are fillers appropriate for the 'sleep lines' on the vertical lines on my cheeks near the mouth?

I find that a combination of treatments are need for these lines including lasers/needling/fillers to stimulate collagen like Fraxel/PRP, Sculptra and soft fillers like Belotero and Restylane silk to hydrate and plump the skin.  I suggest seeing an expert, solely doing a co2 resurfacing will not give you the long term improvement you are looking for.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Photos would help to better asses your issue, but in general a combination of fillers, very small dose botox/Dysport and skincare , including repeated mild peels would help.

  Hi, dermal fillers can be used to fill in these folds while I prefer using a dilute neuromodulator (Botox, Xeomin or Dysport) to soften the lines around the lips and mouth.  If the front portion of the cheeks are flat, cheek augmentation with a dermal filler (I prefer Perlane) or using cheek implants for a permanent enhancement should be considered to feminize the entire face.
