I have done otoplasty roughly 1 month and half ago. And these stitches are still behind my ears until now. They are fairly noticable. Can I try to remove them?

without knowing what your ears looked like before the surgery, it is tough to
put together what was done. Most commonly, the goal of an otoplasty is making
an appropriate antihelical fold. I don’t clearly see this in your result

You should ask your surgeon, as each surgeon has their own post-op recommendations. However, in my opinion, I would think it’s a little too early at this point. You should wait at least a couple of months for the ears to strengthen before doing anything that involves bending or touching the ears.
