What should I do to my lips? (photos)

My upper lips is a bit forward I have tried to figure it out but I don’t think I have an overbite as shown in pics. Is there a surgery or filler to make it look normal?

​You would get a nice improvement with lip fillers. Volbella, Restylane, and Juvederm are good to create a symmetrical lip. NovaThreads can be used to improve lift and shape.
