Lip trauma: how to fix lump? (photos)

I got punched in my lip a couple years ago. I’m sure I needed stitches but never went to the er. The lump has been there since if healed. I’m very insecure and it makes me feel very ugly. Who or what can I do to help it. Who can fix it.

Well healed incision scars should be fine 3 months after surgery. I don't think they are likely to get inflamed. Remember, your lips are moving all the time with speaking, eating, and drinking so motion around the incisions is expected. I assume the scars will be inside your mouth so they...

Hello, You have hyperactivity of the muscle lifting up the corner of the mouth. This can be corrected with injection of Botox or Jeuveau, which works quicker with onset in 2 days.
