Will a V-Y surgery on both lips run a risk of the scars inflaming during oral sex?

I had a consultation with a doctor about options for my lips to be bigger. He offered a V-Y surgery on both lips. I mentioned I do escorting, I’m concerned about 3+ months after the surgery that my scars will inflame when giving oral, is this likely? I have scars else where and of course they are sensitive or when scratched they react like a scar would. Should I be concerned for oral and my scars?

Your problem is probably related to your teeth and possibly jaw. I would suggest meeting with an oral surgeon and discuss your concerns and options.
