Ex: full legs would be 100 pulse and underarms would be 10 pulses each As i need to make a choice according to pulses and effectiveness Thank you

Different countries have different regulations for true laser or IPL treatments for hair reduction. In the US most are highly regulated and the providers need to have the training to give safe treatments. The major concern is if these treatments are being done on darker skinned patients because it could cause a burn or a pigmentation issue long term. The goal of the device is to target dark pigment like in hair but it can also target dark pigment in the skin, which is not desirable. There are a few lasers that can be done in darker skinned individuals but these are very specific. The number of pulses depends on the surface area, so the larger areas need more pulses.

There is no way to know how many pulses you will need.  Everyone has different sizes.  Some people who are short and slender will take a lot less than someone who is very tall and obese.  I would seek out a professional and have a consultation before you make a purchase for at home devices.

In my opinion, home laser hair removal devices are not worth it.  They will not kill the hair (for permanent hair removal) but potentially only weaken the hair, if that.  This will then make it impossible for a good practitioner with a good laser to get you a result.  If those devices (that range in the $100s to $1000s) really worked then we would not be spending $100,000 on a device for our offices.  I would recommend you seek out a trained expert in laser hair removal at a physician's office to get properly treated, get a good result, and not waste your money.
