I can't find any progress on acne red marks. Do you recommend CO2 laser or what? I need something efficient with low downtime

im off isotretinoin for 3 month and my dr says its fine for glycolic peeling 30 % and also for co2 laser resurfacing and i have already done 3 sessions of glycolic peeling for 3 weeks (1 each week )

I don't see any reason not to use Coconut oil on your skin. However, after fractional co2 laser, our office recommends Melarase creams to help avoid pigmentation from PIH. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Los Angeles

I would consider Melarase creams to help with the pigmentation and Q switch laser, if indicated, for any residual hemosiderin. Fillers are also a good option to correct the indentation. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Los Angeles
