Second round of fat injection?

im six days post op i had a ten day vacation to have my operation in a nother country i noticed a major shrink in my butt and soo disapointed .can i go for a second round of injection and fly back after four days or what the options do i have

You are still early in the healing process, it can take up to six months to see your final results, so please be patient. 
If you have any concerns, please follow up close with your plastic surgeon.
