Second round of fat injection?

im six days post op i had a ten day vacation to have my operation in a nother country i noticed a major shrink in my butt and soo disapointed .can i go for a second round of injection and fly back after four days or what the options do i have

Hi... thank you for the question... As a human you have your rights to decide were and with who you want to have your surgery, an the physician have to be a Doctor and do there work without judging.

Regarding buttock/hip augmentation, let me start off by saying that I currently see at least 2 - 3 patients per week that failed "brazilian buttock lift" (i.e. the fat melted away after 10 - 12 months) and are now seeking a more reliable and permanent option (i.e. buttock and/or hip implants)....

The safety of performing elective cosmetic surgery with lupus is going to depend on the severity of your lupus.  I would recommend talking with your rheumatologist, your primary care doctor and your plastic surgeon to have all 3 of them make an informed decision together.  Good luck!

I always recommend my patients take probiotics while on antibiotics. It helps prevent diarrhea and probiotics can be safely taken with vitamins and post-surgically. Best of luck with your procedure.
