28yrs old, have an old burn mark all over my arm and my shoulder. Currently doing Fraxel CO2 and stem cells injection. Advice?

Thank you for your question.  You can improve the texture of your skin with microdermasion, skinpen microneedling, and CO2 skin resurfacing laser.  They all help to exfoliate the dead the skin cells, smooth out the texture of your skin, kill bacteria, increase collagen and elastin production.  Your skin will look and feel rejuvenated after each treatment

In my opinion, the fractional CO2 is the gold standard for treating burn scars. It appears that these scars are older. I don't believe the value of stem cells in treating older burn scars has been proven. One can add triamcinolone acetonide, hyalauronidase and  5-fluorouracil to the treatment to improve results. Hypopigmentation can be helped by adding brimoprost. Alternating with a fractionated erbium laser can be of some assistance.

10 sessions for 30-50% improvement. I use Ultrapulse very low density with Corticosteroid drip method under occlusion. Fraxel is good for skin rejuvenation, but it does not go down 4 mm into the deepest scars. See a burns team.
