A few months ago i noticed a hole in my face (see pic) it looks quite deep what is the best way to fix it with minimal scarring?

Punch excision is more of a surgical procedure, whereas TCA cross is a really quick, acid drop that can close off the hole. We would recommend TCA first. Best of luck.
