Professionally performed microneedling of scars can work well for improving persistent texture and color irregularities on the surface of scars. Difficult to say from the photos, but if there is hypopigmentation, then the microneedling can be accompanied by the application of pigment promoting topical medications, such as tyrosine and lanatoprost, to promote repigmentation.
