due to medication right now my blood dries overly scabby and takes a long time to heal so for now anything that makes me bleed or uses my blood might be out of the question, will my thick blood condition be a problem for prp ? or is it out of the question and best saved for later ?

Some bruising is normal with an intensive manual prp technique and some people will bleed more than others, even with a small needle and superficial technique. You can eat pineapple which has bromelain an enzyme that can help the body clear out the blood causing the bruises....
Microneedling won't help with volume loss, but will improve skin texture/tone.
In my opinion, PRP with Sculptra has shown better benefit when the proper technique is employed than employing the two at different times. The better method is combining platelet rich fibrin (PRF)...
