What is panniculitis and how do you treat it? Had CoolSculpting 4 months ago on outer thighs. Will this go away on its own?

Had coolsculpting done to my lower/outer thighs in Feb 2017. A month ago the treated area began to flare up, as if it was just treated. Found out it was panniculitis. Will this go away on its own?
