My hair is falling out after breast augmentation. How can I make it stop?

I am a hair dresser. Hair is my thing. It's falling out fast. It's half as thick as it was before the surgery I am 17 days post op. Is it safe to take vitamins? What about prenatal vitamins even if I'm not pregnant. Any thing to make the hairloss at least stop. I had silicone implants from a b cup to full c small d.

Your plastic surgeon will be the best resource for your concern as he know exactly what was done. At 10 weeks there is still a chance the implants will come down to fill the lower poles of the breasts. If you were my patient I would recommend good frequent breast massage and wear a top band.

You are still too early to decide if you should go to smaller implants.  It takes at minimum 3 months for the implants to settle and usually I tell women to wait at least 6 months until considering a revision.  Do not compare implant sizes with other women because your body shapes and...

Speak with your surgeon regarding any mediation / drug you take. A full health history must be recorded and assessed by the surgeon and anesthetist prior to surgery. Drug contraindications are extremely important.All the Best.

Is there anyway I can prevent getting double bubble or a capsular contracture?

After a year it is unlikely you will have a double bubble. Capsular contracture on the other hand can unfortunately happen even after 1 year - there are no proven things that can be done to ensure it never happends.

5 weeks post op, will the stitches dissolve eventually or do I need too get it removed?

Sutures generally dissolve on their own. However, you should ask your surgeon what sutures were used for you.
