Microneedling using your own PRP is the best way to improve your collagen production and if the procedure is well done in a medical setting patients do not normally need anything else. The best light in my experience is IPL. It carries no downtime, it works from the bottom up and corrects any damage in its way. This is especially true for sun damage, uneven texture, capillaries and rosacea.
