I showed my PS a pic of my dream boobs I figured 32D-DD 200-400cc hp My PS Figured modplus overfilled 750cc 700cc =32DDD-32E Only to late did I discover that Cjmiles is 4"11 86lbs with 325cc hp implants =32C But is it possible to remove my implants & then do FULL breast reduction achieving Acup , a lift ,nipple reduction, and then putting In hp implants in the range of 350-375cc - 400-424cc giving my desired outcome of photo of my dream boobs Estimated cost & complications

Thank you for your question and photos. It is an obvious miscommunication with your surgeon. You have 475cc saline implants filled to 700cc! We overfill implants by 30-50cc as recommended by the manufacturer, not 200cc. They are large for your frame. At this point, I would let your breasts heal for 4-6 months prior to considering a revision. At that time, you can have your saline implants deflated to allow for your tissues to rebound. Would suggest silicone gel implants and would need more breast tissue tightening. If you do not prefer silicone gel implants, might consider the Ideal Implant which is saline filled, has internal baffles and feels very similar to a gel implant. See a board certified plastic surgeon for an in person consultation/evaluation or talk to your surgeon about your concerns. If you trust him/her, than the costs will be considerable less than if you see another surgeon. Your costs could run between $8,500-12,000. Good luck with your healing.

It is certainly feasible to #downsize to smaller implants and also alter the positioning; if possible. However, decreasing is size may also require a Breast #Lift to to #tighten loose skin, better optimize the end result. Any #revision has risks of unhappy outcome or other complications. Also, the right implant for the revision is contingent on shape of body and your desired outcome. Typically, it's best to wait 6 to 12 months depending on the reason for #revision.  Matters such as sagging or drooping  and size change will not improve with time. As with all cosmetic surgery, results will be rewarding if expectations are realistic. With any surgical procedure, there are some risks which your doctor will discuss with you during your consultation. It's best to consult with a board-certified plastic surgeons who has specialized in cosmetic breast surgeries. They are most suitable to perform your revision. You will then greatly improve your chances of getting the result you desire, and, without the need for additional revision surgery.
