Is Fotona laser a recommended system?

I cant find any reviews for it but see amazing before and after results, it seems to give better results than microneedling. How does it work and how safe is it ?

I have the latest models of this laser company and I can say that this laser has a high quality performance and the results are excellent, I  have a high degree of satisfaction and we could say nothing about complications due to the high security provided by these equipment.
The laser uses a wavelength that is Erbium YAG, which interacts with the water in the tissue, heating it or vaporizing it. That way I was able to modulate changes in the skin. It is safe because it is a very superficial laser and with the advantage of being able to modulate tissue regeneration without damaging the surface.
