Dr. Taj (Tajkarimi) is truly an artist at what he does. I've been researching Penuma for years now and after looking at the results from all of the other Penuma providers Dr. Taj was the clear choice for me. Six months out and still immensely happy. One of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I absolutely love the changes and my sexual partners have been thrilled. I constantly get compliments and affirmations from people on how amazing it looks and feels.

After extensive research and a fair amount of uncertainty, I selected Dr Taj for my abdominal repair and tummy tuck and am I ever glad that I did! From my first meeting with him to date, he has been amazing! Everyone in his office is professional while being caring, attentive and responsive. Dr. Taj gave me his full attention on the day of my surgery and listened to my objectives and offered helpful input while ultimately delivering a transformational result beyond my expectations.

I researched so many surgeons, procedures and outcomes but I never really expected I would have such a phenomenal result let alone so fast! He is an innovator, skilled in cutting edge technologies and the results and reduced healing time appealed to me.

Worth every penny and was a very easy recovery. Good to see my abs, chest and shoulders back in the form I like after the gym alone wasn’t quite getting me the results I wanted. I would highly recommend Dr. Taj and his team. Good people and great at their craft.

This was the best decision I have ever made to come to Dr. Taj for my labiaplasty. My husband is a patient of Dr. Tajkarimi, and we have been following his practice for years, ever since he moved from Frederick, MD to Leesburg, VA. I had been suffering from severe discomfort and pain in my outer vaginal area, and had been unable to wear tight clothing because of the uncomfortable pulling sensation on my labia. My sex life and libido was also being severely affected. I noticed that Dr. Taj was doing laser labioplasty, and I can honestly say this was the best decision in my life to go to him. Not only was it a very stress-free procedure, since it was in office under local anesthesia, but the healing process was extremely fast. Wow! What can I say? I don't think there's enough words to really express how impressed I am. As with most older women, I was experiencing severe vaginal dryness, painful intercourse, and, consequently,,no libido. "Dr. Taj" changed all that. After the Vaginal Rejuvenation, I have my libido back, no more dryness and no more painful intercourse. Needless to say, my husband is ecstatic as well!
