Is gargling after rhinoplasty okay to do?

Hi I am so used to gargling after brushing my teeth that I did it without thinking the day after my rhinoplasty. Would this have any adverse effect on the nasal bone or the nostrils, which were repaired?

It appears that you likely have a residual deviation of the caudal septum.  The Front edge of the septum can be difficult to secure in the midline.  Moniter the swelling over the next few months.  If it persists a miner revision may be required.
