Just humour me here. I am fully aware that this is not how to raise the tip. Just leave all that aside and humour me for a moment. If a piece of skin is cut away and the wound is sewn together, would this raise the tip and would is stay raised? If you believe it would not raise the tip or it would not stay raised, can you explain why?
