Would a Rhinoplasty make my Eyes Appear Closer Together?

The rhinoplasty itself will not give the appearance that your eyes are closer or farther apart, but it will match the rest of your facial features better. A rhinoplasty is performed to make the nose blend in and better with your facial features.  It will not make your eyes look further  apart or closer together.  Digital computer imaging of your nose upon your facial features would be helpful to give you an idea of what can be accomplished with a rhinoplasty procedure. Making your nasal bridge higher can bring your eyes closer to each other. But this will be very subtle change. In order to open up inner corner of your eyes, epicanthoplasty will need to be performed. This is an eye opening procedure for inner corner of your eyes. Opening up outer corner will be lateral canthoplasty. You will find a lot of information on the internet.
