I had butt implant surgery about 1 year ago but I'm not sure if my prothesis moved or are badly located. (Photos)

Is it normal? It´s normal to feel those water balls? it´s normal to feel the shape of the implant? Should I have an x-ray? Should i removed them? should i replace them and fill them with fat?
