Based on your photos you are a very good candidate for butt implants. I use intramuscular plane for buttock augmentation with implants. So the size of your gluteal muscle is one of the most important factor while choosing your implant. The dimensions of the implant should fit in the muscle. 380 cc implant is quite a large implant and would change your appearance distinctively.  Polytech is a german brand which produces high quality silicon implants. Eurosilicone is another french silicon implant manufacturer, which could also be used.

I perform buttock implants on men quite often with wonderful results.  i prefer to use AART implants since they are usually the most natural looking and the softest in my opinion.  The size you have in mind seems reasonable.  Be sure to choose a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who specializes in buttock implants.

It is also a great idea to meet with a board certified plastic surgeon in your area to address any questions or concerns that you may have.
