I will have to remove them somehow and the anestesia and scars don't work the same at that age. Will the implants be an health issue?
Answer: Implants at age 60-70 Hello, some people in their 60s and 70s choose to have breast implants, so if yours are completely asymptomatic when you are that age they do not necessarily need to be removed. Every person is unique.

Answer: What is going to happen with my implants when I'm 60-70? If your implants are soft moveable and you do not have capsular contracture or rupture of the implants nothing may need to be done. Before that time you should be examined by your plastic surgeon to determine if there is any problem.

Answer: What happens with my implants at age 60-70 yo? Thank you for your question. Depends on how old you were when you had the implants put in. If you have them at age 50 or so, nothing happens to the implants typically. Your skin and natural tissue will still sag with natural aging, you may need a lift, but the implant will stay where it is placed. If you had them in your 20's , most women will need to exchange them at some point in their life , most likely with a lift.
