Butt flap procedure? (photos)

Can you please help me to understand what exactly the butt flap procedure is, how its done and would it benefit me more than a Brazilian? What's the difference? I've lost over 130lbs. Excuse the akward selfie ;)

It look slike she had buttock augmentation.  Done by the right surgeon, buttock implants could look very natural and tasteful.  The incision in the intragluteal crease so its hidden and usually isnt noticable.
