Butt flap procedure? (photos)

Indeed there exists a procedure whereby the buttock fat is kind of folded upon itself to augment the buttock and give it some more perkiness/fullness. This procedure is only done in combination with a buttock lift for patients that have lost massive amounts of weight, like yourself. Glad to help. 

Cases like yours, where the patient loss a lot of weight and remain with lots of skin excess, there is no way to lift the buttocks by filling the butt, so a real butt lift, where we resect all the skin excess ( as in the tummy tuck) is needed. There are several different techniques that use all the subcutaneous tissue (fat) of the area that needs to be removed and create a flap to auto augment the buttocks and don just take that fat away. Its really important that you realize that this procedure will only make your butt full, but will not change the shape of it, because we have a limit on how far we can move the flap. But this is the firs procedure that you need to do. Implants or fat transfer alone will never fill your buttocks, if you dont do the butt lift first. Find
