No changes whatsoever after Co2 fractional accupulce laser. When should I see a change? (photos)

Your acne scars should do very well with the CO 2 laser, you should expect some redness and peeling after the treatment, after which the skin will heal and improve over the next few months. The CO2 laser will not make them worse, however, if you don't see any results after a few months, do let your treating physician know and I am sure they will take care of you. Good luck!

Congratulations on getting a laser treatment for your acne scars.  I have seen it help many patients with acne in my practice.  The healing process takes time.  Lasers create tiny holes in the skin, which stimulate your body to start producing new skin.  This cell growth continues for several months.  Most of my patients see their best results about 3 to 6 months after the treatment.  I have also found that many patients benefit from a second treatment.  Please be patient.  It can be frustrating when you don't have a "quick fix" after you have invested money, but lasers do not work that way.  It takes time.  I would suggest waiting about 6 to 12 weeks, then returning to your physician to discuss how you have healed and your results.  Good luck!
