had Co2 laser 6 weeks ago. still pretty pink but my biggest concern is the overal texture seems almost like an orange peel . the pores seem very large and the acne scarring is about the same but unfortunately now each mark is red so that it is even more noticeable. any suggestions as to good creams etc ? is this normal or I should be concerned ?

Laser resurfacing can cause some post-op swelling which usually subsides in 7-10 days. You need to check in with the surgeon who did the laser because the description of the amount of swelling does seem a bit excessive. A short course of oral steroids (medrol dose-pak) could help with the edema...
In our practice PRP is essential for would healing post ablative laser like co2. if you were burned or are unhappy with results, PRP with other lasers like nonablative fraxel or viva can be used with PRP to fix the problem. Please see a laser expert. Best, Dr. Emer.
