How can one soften internal scar tissue fast?

I have scar tissue from a nose job last year. The doctor added some unknown procedure placing small piece of ear cartilage under the philtrum directly under my nose where it folds. It's removed, however, a scar tissue is there & still hard pushing up my nose when I smile. In many lights, esp lights overhead, I look very strange in photos. How can I soften this scar fast? Can't tell if a good nose job. So far, it looks bad due to my nose pushing upwards when I smile.

The main issue in the photograph is the length of the tip and the heaviness of the columella. Improving these things in conjunction with reducing the bridge will make a nice improvement in the nose as a whole. It is vital to see surgeons that specialize in rhinoplasty when deciding to go ahead...

To achieve a result that is worthwhile, you need to have a complete rhinoplasty.  That would include addressing the tip, the bridge of the nose and breaking the bones as well. Attempting to try to address one aspect of your nose without considering it in its entirety is not likely to give...

For someone with a cleft lip, you actually look really good.  The only thing I see is that the base of your right nostril is wider than the left.  That can be improved with surgery, but exact symmetry may not be possible.
