How to hide bulging forehead veins?

I am only 21 years old , but IT has been very difficult life ,now I have like 3 branches of veins bulge on my forehead when I get stressed or even smile . is there anyway to fix that ??

Forehead veins that are prominent and large can be treated by microphlebectomy or sclerotherapy or combination treatment with sclerotherapy and microphlebectomy. Smaller veins can be treated with long pulse lasers.

There are many ways to treat forehead veins including sclerotherapy, removal through micoincisions and laser.  Larger veins are best treated by removal through micro incisions and smaller veins through sclerotherapy.  See a vein specialist.
