I am 63, Hypothyroid & have under eye issues. I think the bumps are Syringoma, and multiply quite rapidly. I have a very prominent varicose type blue vein under my left eye, becoming more noticeable over the years. I have an appointment with a reputable laser clinic here in the UK to discuss possible treatments for the vein & Syringoma. Would this be the preferred method? I am worried about the possibility of the laser scarring or causing pigmentation. Could the laser tighten the skin? Thanks
