Do deeper strength peels take longer to start peeling? (Photo)

bevvzy
I did 35% glycolic acid on forehead. in 24 hours peeling began. yet I did a 70% tca on forearm, as tougher skin and so yet a full week has passes and peeling has not started? it's red and blotchy and very wrinkly. so will it still peel? does it take longer for a higher %. I know I was mad to do 7p% tca now but what is done is done. I just need to know why the 35% glycolic visibly began to peel in 24 hours yet strong 70% tca has still not started and is a week
