Hello I have hair transplant (fue) 2 weeks ago, and the donor area keeps itching and feel like shrinking, am using vitamin "e" as I have been told to reduce the redness of the skin. One more thing, I can't feel the transplanted area, it's like Anesthetic area. How long it gonna take for that Anesthetic to go away?

Answer: Itching, is it normal This is normal as you have healing going on. I recommend that you never scratch the graft area as it will cause grafts to come out and introduce infection. The medications HPR + HydroGel work well and you can get the reference from your doctor

Answer: Two weeks after hair transplantation The numbness and itching is very normal. The sensation of itching needs to be controlled so that you don't pick at it (like in sleep). The sensation should come back to normal in the first six to eight weeks. If the itching is not controlled, try taking a Benadryl at nights and applying a 1% hydrocortisone cream for no more than seven days.
