Vasersmooth. Bruise getting so much worse? I'm nervous about skin necrosis, and if this is the beginning stages. (photo)

I had Vasersmooth last Tuesday. The picture on the left is 3 days post. The one on the top right is 4 days, and bottom right is 5 days post op. I was wondering why the bruise is getting significantly worse?
