If you find someone doing this in their office while you are awake you will not get a true VASER HI DEF result  This procedure requires skill, time, expertise, and a lot of tools.  It would be very painful to have this done even with local anesthesia.  And to do full body contouring there is no way a muscular guy can do this under local anesthesia.  If you are looking to save money, you will compromise your care and get sub standard results.  Please see an expert.  Best, Dr. Emer.
