Too early for mini facelift? (Photo)

Question

Anyone else thin and have these lines? I've gotten filler and then got it dissolved, tried different people, one did cheeks one did a little in the lines but it always made it even heavier than it is and I get it dissolved. I've spent so much money trying to correct these damn lines and the worst part is that I've had them my whole life. I just cry and never leave my house bc I hate them so much. At this point I'm curious if a facelift could even fix this or not bc of my anatomy.

Thank you for your question. It's difficult to tell from your pictures, however based on the description of your concerns, it's possible you could be a good candidate for a mini facelift or a facelift procedure. Doing the following simple test can help you get a better idea (please see attached video). While standing in front of the mirror, place your fingers on the sides of your face and lift the skin upward and slightly back. If doing this smoothes the lines around the mouth and makes the face look much younger,  we recommend seeking a consultation with a facial plastic surgeon as the next step to help determine the best option for you at this time. It is never too early for any procedure if it is applied to the correct situation.  #1 mini facelifts are stupid.  They usually only put tension on the skin and will result in early relapse of whatever they were trying to fix. #2 I am not convinced you need a facelift at all.  I need better pictures but likely you have a redundant buccal fat pad causing those lines which is an easy fix.  Make sure you find a board certified plastic surgeon to recommend a solution and beware of anything that sounds too good to be true.  Fillers will not fix this nor am skin treatment

Good morning, thank you for sharing your photo; According to what has been observed and without being aggressive in the treatment, you can use a biostimulant for the skin combined with a CO2 laser to improve its appearance and not resort to surgery at this time because the problem is the skin. I hope you take this suggestion into consideration.
