I get keloid scars so i feel if i got a lift it would look horible. What do you recommend i do? Sometimes i just want to get a reduction and then place implants!

Answer: Breast Thank you for the picture.I definitely believe that with out a breast lift, the outcome might not be as pleased. This is completely necessary in order to obtain a perkier look. There's a few options to treat keloid scarring after surgery, talk to you PS.Good luck.Dr. Campos

Answer: Consider breast lift with possible scar treatment Dear angiecxo77,I agree with you that a breast lift could be a wonderful option to shape your breasts. The chance of scarring is real and should be considered but there are ways to minimize scarring both in the operating room and afterwards. Your plastic surgeon is capable of taking care of the operating room part. Less tension, better suture and suturing, careful handling of tissues all lead to a better incision appearance. Afterwards, you may want to entertain the idea of using a product called Embrace. Its placed by your plastic surgeon each week for 8 weeks to diminish the appearance of the incision.
