Im a 36C, 5'7 and 140lbs. I like my size but wish they were perkier. What are my options? (Photo)

You are an excellent candidate for a new

The breast lift is probably your best option, but as you pint out, there are scars involved. Only you can decide if the scar are a worthwhile trade off for having perkier breasts.

Based on the photos, you will need a breast lift or what we call a mastopexy with or without breast augmentation depending on the look you are interested in. Adding an implant will give you some extra superior fullness. Good luck!
