My breasts have suddenly dropped (I think due to premature menopause), and I am considering having fat transfer to help "pert" them up again. My breasts used to be firm to them touch, and high in position, and since dropping the skin on my neck is being stretched down. I am wondering if it is possible for fat transfer to the top area to help give the appearance of "lifting" them, and will they feel firm or soft due to it being fat?
