Having fevers a week after surgery is not common. You should see your doctor to make sure you do not have an infection.

Having chills after a BBL could mean several different things.It is imperative that you let your plastic surgeon know I let him or her evaluate you.Some patients will have fevers a couple of days after surgery related to not taking deep breath's. This is from a process called atelectasis....
Unfortunately insurance does not cover any cosmetic procedures because they are not medically necessary. Many plastic surgeons offer financing by companies such as Care Credit to help spread out the cost in the form of monthly payments.
