Hello, sometimes there can be more swelling on one side that the other, or one implant will drop faster.  Your surgeon can follow this along with you ensure that everything settles as expected.

Seeing preop photos would have been helpful. I am guessing your lower breast was sagging a bit before surgery. It looks like it needs a small lift as well.

The right side still needs to settle and drop.  If your breasts had asymmetric amount of skin pre-operatively, things will often look like this early on.  I would recommend massage and tincture of time and close follow up with your surgeon.

I would agree that at the moment your right breast looks higher than the left.  Pre operative pix would be very helpful, as well as giving yourself 6 months or more to further assess this.  You may need a small lift to the left breast, but this is too early to tell.  Follow up with your Plastic Surgeon to make a decision at a later time.
